Oh sure…. they might look like breadsticks. They might smell just like the kind from little caesar’s…….. they might even TASTE somewhat bread-like and they are definitely stick-shaped. But really… honest to goodness, this is CAULIFLOWER. Someone much cleverer than I came up with this gluten-free recipe for garlic bread sticks.
